We recognise that our platform may be accessed by students under the age of 18. We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of students, parents, teachers and educational institutions who use our services.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, how we protect it, and the choices and rights available to users.

Where a school or coaching institute provides BrainStride access to students, the institution may facilitate account creation and the provision of student information.

The institution and BrainStride will determine their respective responsibilities for personal data processing, including consent, notices, access, retention and deletion.

We will not assume that an institution's involvement automatically removes any consent requirement that applies to BrainStride.

BrainStride will not knowingly use children's personal information for targeted advertising.
